All orders are shipped out within 24 hours of purchase. *Business Days Only

Orders are sent directly from our New York, USA warehouse. Shipping costs are affordable and vary depending on the size and weight of your order, and are calculated at check out. We provide excellent, reliable shipping services within the United States, to Canada, and the rest of the world. All shipping services include tracking information.

After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once it has been shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be updated.

 

COVID-19 SHIPPING DELAY NOTICE.

Please Note: Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the overwhelming demand for deliveries across the US and overseas, as well as modified practices by shipping carriers to keep their workforce and customers safe, delivery of packages may be delayed. Shipping times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

International and overseas delivery times are currently severely impacted by continuously changing lockdowns and delivery suspensions. Shipping times are expected to be much longer, with up to several weeks delay in extreme cases.

We have also been notified that major carriers are opting to skip origin scans for packages upon picking them up in order to speed up the intake of these shipments. This means that we expect to see an increased number of ‘label created not yet picked up’ statuses in tracking links.

Tracking is expected to show progress upon a package being received at a distribution center. This should happen within 72 hours after the package has been picked up but in some cases, we are seeing this take as long as several business days.

We will continue to be here to support you as our customer, before, during, and after the buying and shipping process and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these unprecedented times.

**Please note, international shipping services do vary from country to country. To find out the exact services that are available, please put in your full address at check out.

**Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

 

FREE Returns and Exchanges 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund (Returns must be in the state you received them, and in the original packaging) or receive another accessory of your choice that will be shipped to you free of charge. We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for return shipping. So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, just go through our easy-return process to print out a free return label - your shipping costs are prepaid. 

Full refunds are given as long as a return request is communicated in under 15 days of receiving the order. Free exchanges are given as long as a return request is communicated in under 30 days of receiving the order. 

**All Clearance Items are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange**

*Products of a Custom Nature cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order. Items that are Custom Printed upon Ordering are Not eligible for Return or Exchange unless the Item is Defective.*

*Crazy Cat Lady Starter Kit is not eligible for individual returns.  

*Free Returns within the United States only.

*If you choose to return your item(s), shipping fees will not be refunded. 

*Note that all seasonal items are final sale.

If your return or exchange request is beyond this time frame, please contact our support team, and they'll do everything in their power to help you out.

Easy Return and Exchange Process: 

1. Email customer care at Costmoshop@gmail.com. If you would like a refund, request a return package that includes instructions and a return shipping label. If you would like to make an exchange, request an exchange package.

2. Ship your return, including our filled-out return form.

3. When we receive your return, it will be processed in under 24 hours. Once it is processed, your full refund will be given. Please note that refunds can take up to 3 business days to be returned to your account. If you're requesting an exchange, the merchandise you requested in your exchange form will be shipped immediately once your return is accepted, granted that they're in stock.
